SolaMedia — operations platform for digital content production teams

Background

A content production team running multiple channels at the same time will quickly exceed the ability to manage with a spreadsheet: each channel has its own process, each person is responsible for many tasks, costs and targets are scattered in many places. SolaMedia brings everything into one place and automates repetitive steps.

Scope

• HR: employee records, attendance with time-clock integration, leave, payroll and commissions, and a self-service portal for staff and freelance collaborators
• Production pipeline: track every video through its stages, versioned review workflow, idea bank
• Channel management: channel assets, view logs, competitor tracking
• Revenue and targets: revenue by period, team targets, cost tracking
• Team collaboration: chat rooms, per-channel discussions, notifications
• Automatic Telegram alerts and push notifications to devices
• A background C# desktop app running on employee machines

AI module (in development, built on the Claude API)

• Help editors draft scripts and video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) and review content quality.
• Summarize production and channel performance reports for managers.
• Answer staff questions about HR rules and policies.
