- "Service": Includes the solatechlabs.com website, software products (SolaTTS, SolaYTS, Sola Bypass AI, and other AI tools), consulting services, and all related content.
- "User": Individual or organization that accesses, registers, or uses the Service.
- "Content": All text, images, audio, video, data, and materials on the Service.
- "Account": User account registered on the SolaTechLabs system.
3. Service Usage Conditions
3.1. Account Registration
- You must be 16 years or older to register an account and use the service.
- Registration information must be accurate, complete, and updated promptly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Each individual/organization may only create one account unless approved by SolaTechLabs.
3.2. Prohibited Conduct
When using the service, you must not:
- Violate Vietnamese law and applicable international law
- Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated methods to access the Service without permission
- Attack, damage, or interfere with SolaTechLabs' security systems
- Send spam, malware, or harmful content through the Service
- Impersonate SolaTechLabs or any individual/organization
- Use the Service to create content that infringes copyright, is offensive, or is illegal
- Abuse APIs or exceed specified usage limits
4. Products and Services
4.1. License
When purchasing or subscribing to SolaTechLabs products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the terms of your selected service plan.

- SolaTTS: AI-powered text-to-speech conversion tool
- SolaYTS: YouTube content optimization and management solution
- Sola Bypass AI: Content optimization tool for AI detection bypass
- Traffic Solutions: Organic traffic growth services
- Content Creation: Professional content production services
- Custom Software: Custom software solution development
4.3. Payment and Refunds
- Service prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT (if applicable).
- Payment via bank transfer or supported payment gateways.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days from the date of payment, applicable for technical errors from SolaTechLabs.
- No refunds for services already performed or digital content already delivered.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. SolaTechLabs' Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service include, but are not limited to:
- SolaTechLabs brand, logo, and brand identity
- Source code, algorithms, and software architecture
- Interface design, layout, and user experience
- Content created by SolaTechLabs: articles, documentation, images
All belong to SolaTech Technology Trade and Service Co., Ltd.
5.2. User Content
You retain full ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant SolaTechLabs the right to use that content to operate and improve the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- SolaTechLabs provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- We do not guarantee the Service will operate continuously, error-free, or absolutely secure.
- SolaTechLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- SolaTechLabs' total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the most recent 12 months.
7. Maintenance and Service Interruption
SolaTechLabs reserves the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with 24 hours prior notice
- Suspend the Service urgently for security reasons without prior notice
- Change, upgrade, or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice
Minimum uptime commitment of 99.5% for paid SaaS services.
8. Service Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- SolaTechLabs reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts upon detecting Terms violations.
- After termination, data will be retained for 30 days for you to export/backup, then permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Vietnamese law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent People's Court in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam.
10. Terms Changes
SolaTechLabs reserves the right to update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or website announcement 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the Terms are updated constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
