Customers view real estate projects mainly by phone, sometimes right at the construction site where the signal is weak. The page must open quickly, be able to view the floor plan of each subdivision, and all information left by customers must reach the sales team immediately. The sales team also needs to update progress and news themselves without relying on technology.

Choose pure PHP instead of building on WordPress

For a sales page where viewers mainly use mobile networks, speed is the decisive factor. The system is written directly in PHP instead of building on an existing platform: no redundant plugins, just one JavaScript file, the entire perspective compressed to WebP, images below the fold only load when scrolled to. In return, I had to write the administration part myself — but thanks to that, the administration interface only had exactly what the business team needed to use.
