SolaTech recruits Video Editor for the YouTube segment - in charge of editing and creating complete videos for multi-themed YouTube channels. You will take care of the entire post-production process: cutting and stitching footage, adding motion graphics, adjusting sound, creating thumbnails and ensuring the video meets quality standards before publishing.
Job description
- Edit and edit complete YouTube videos from raw footage/voiceover + available script
- Cut and pace videos to optimize Retention Rate - retain viewers from start to finish
- Add professional text overlay, lower thirds, transitions, sound effects
- Create intro, outro, endscreen according to each channel's branding guidelines
- Eye-catching thumbnail design, optimized CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- Color grading and sound processing (audio mixing, noise removal)
- Add motion graphics, infographic animations for explanation/review videos
- Export videos according to YouTube specs (resolution, bitrate, format)
- Manage asset library: stock footage, background music, SFX, templates
